• Email, email, email! Short ones, long ones - email with a link to the Swim a Mile for Hospice website is quick and easy and works wonders! Here's a great example.
• Wear a button that says “Ask me about Swim a Mile for Hospice.” You can pick up your button at Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley in Potsdam, 6805 US Hwy 11.
• Hang a Swim a Mile for Hospice poster in your workplace and attach a note asking people to sponsor you. Free posters are available at Hospice. Or...click on the Poster Download below and print one out!
• Use Facebook or Twitter as a way to spread the word!
• Remember to ask -- it’s not as hard as you think!
• Remember: You are not asking for yourself; you are asking for a very worthy cause.
